Mini Vinnies 2018

Project Compassion

Each Class has a Project Compassion box, and there is one in the Staffroom, Admin area and Canteen. We encourage children to donate a little change in order to make a difference to the people supported by Project Compassion. Have a look at the posters on display around the school.Staff Free-Dress Fridays will continue during Lent.

Year 3  Excursion to Perth Zoo 

As part of our Science theme ‘Feather, Fur or Leave’ the Year 3 spent a day at Perth Zoo on Friday 2nd March. We explored the zoo with the assistance of ten parent helpers. The students participated in a workshop, ‘Who am I?’ run by Zoo Keeper, Rob. Students investigated how to classify different animals according to their characteristics. We even had the chance to touch a snake! Everyone had a jam packed, fun filled and informative day.
