Year 1 and 2 Night Library

Thank you to all our wonderful Year 1 and 2 families, siblings, and grandparents who attended our Night Library last week. What an amazing night we had solving puzzles, sharing stories and working together! We lost count after about 100 people!

We are so encouraged when we see so many families taking the time to come read together, and share our library. Building strong connections for literacy in our community is so important for wellbeing and a sense of belonging for our children. Thank you.

The winners of our competitions will be announced at assembly soon.

Premiers' Reading Challenge

The Premiers' Reading Challenge for 2019 is now open!! Please sign up with the personal username and password that was sent home with your child this week. Your child will receive a certificate from the Premier at the completion of the challenge in September. This year we will have a number of competitions and prizes to continue to motivate children to complete the challenge.

The library will be open for extended hours on Tuesday 26th March (3.30-4.30pm). Please feel free to drop by for more information about the Premiers' Reading Challenge, sign up as a parent borrower, or borrow some books to begin the challenge with your child!
