NAIDOC WEEK: Whole School Incursion 

This year NAIDOC Week will be celebrated from the 3rd July - 10th July with the theme for 2022 being: Get Up!

This week we were lucky enough to be able to have Monica Weightman share her insight about Indigenous Storytelling through Art with our students.  The students were able to participate in the ‘artwork’ for storytelling and learnt about traditional Aboriginal images representing their culture. Stories are told through multimedia forms; such as in dances, songs and drawings. 

What a great start leading into Term Three NAIDOC Week for our students today. Have a look at the great fun that was had by everyone!
