Great School, Great People

I absolutely enjoyed my time at Cecil Hills High School - I started my Cecil journey in 1998 to mid 2015 (17½ years!)  I was Head Teacher PDHPE (Personal Development, Health and Physical Education) from 1998 through to 2006 and then Deputy Principal until mid 2015.

During my time, I saw almost three cohorts of students complete their high school years from Year 7 through to Year 12.  I only have fond memories of the beautiful students, staff and parents throughout my time at Cecil Hills High School.  This was the reason I stayed for so long - I totally loved working there!  I have many funny and happy memories with the PDHPE staff, which I believed was the best team a head teacher could hope to work with! 

My time as Deputy Principal was a wonderful learning experience.  I was so lucky to work with all the staff and students and to have two amazing mentors and friends - the Principal and Deputy Principal during that time - Sean Bowen and Steve Flew.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish the Principal, staff, students and their families continued success at Cecil Hills High School.  Congratulations on your 25th Anniversary.
