Flying the Cecil colours

On 16 March 2021, Cecil Hills High School entered their first Chess tournament competition of the year.  After two years of competing, we finally mark a new era of chess competition, taking first place in the secondary division local heat!  This meant that out of the seven schools competing, our top four scorers had the highest average win rate. 

Congratulate Bao Nguyen of Year 11 for coming 3rd in the Individuals' category.  

We are proud to be flying the Cecil colours as the victors. May our wits, endurance and mental dexterity provide another victory in the semi-finals!
