Members of our community are able to attend the Annual Report presentation by making contact with the Principal prior to 4:00pm Monday 22nd March. The Annual Report will be presented at 7:00pm that evening, with both Webex and in-person options available.

To view what a school's Annual Report looks like, please refer to the previous 2019 Annual Report which is attached below for your reference.

Please note that the presentation of the Annual Report is not an open-forum in which questions will be responded to. However, any questions raised regarding the Annual Report will be noted by the Principal and addressed following the endorsement of the Annual Report.

Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Tender Process

On Monday 15th March 2021, School Council held a special meeting at which we determined who our school will partner with to provide OSHC in the coming years.

Following a detailed and stringent tender process, we have entered a partnership with Their Care https://theircare.com.au/

The selection criteria on which this partnership was selected were:

  1. Goodwill and existing reputation (both within long-term and newly established school partnerships)
  2. Community Engagement (both proven successes and future opportunities)
  3. Staffing model (both retention and structure)
  4. Financial support (for school priorities identified by School Council)

We are very confident that the partnership with TheirCare will see our OSHC service return to the extremely high level of quality which we expect for our students.

TheirCare will be utilising the term break to upgrade the existing OSHC space, and will be in operation from Day One, Term Two 2021.

Further details will be provided to the community in the coming weeks, including what is on offer through the OSHC program, how to book, and staffing arrangements.
