The Great Art Wall

The Cowra High School Library is currently hosting ‘The Great Art Wall’ - a tremendous display of Artworks and Musical Instruments from our wonderful Creative Arts Department, that have been created by the incredibly talented students of Years 8, 9 & 10.

It has received universal acclaim from all who have viewed it and will be on display until Week 10, so there is still plenty of time to, pop in and check it out. All Students, Staff and Parents are more than welcome!

Introducing the eLibrary!

Over the last few months we have been working towards fully implementing our new eLIBRARY.  The eLIBRARY takes us further into the digital future by providing a simple and effective way of borrowing and reading for today’s developing world of literacy.

The eLIBRARY is a consortium of 20 Central and High Schools, known as ‘CWeL’ Central West eLibraries.  It caters for all reading ages and is set up to restrict titles according to appropriate levels.  There are approximately 2000 titles available with something for everyone.  The library is continually being expanded by further purchases from all the schools involved.
