ZOO Snooze

On Thursday the 16th of November 3C were going to camp. So 20 minutes before the bell went we went downstairs into the hall. We got ready for the movie and had a few snacks before the movie started. We were watching the Little Rascals. It went for 1 hour and 22 minutes. 1 hour and 22 minutes later… we were doing a Go Noodle before we went on the bus. Next we walked out of the hall and to the bus. Next we gave our bags to the driver and he put it underneath then we went in the bus found a seat and sat down. I was sitting at the front of the bus with Callum. Then we drove to the zoo.

When we got there we got our bags. Then we met our tour person, Moss, he told us the other tour person and she was going meet us here or at the campsite we met her at the front gate then walked in the zoo. It was so weird with no one there!!!!!! Then we went to our campsite but on the way we saw squirrel monkeys and red pandas that were way up in the tree.

When we got to the campsite  got into the circle then got given our V.I.P cards. When we got given our V.I.P cards we had to say an animal that we wanted to save from extinction. I said every animal. Then we made our tents so make the mattresses then we put our bags in the tent then we went in the old elephant enclosure and have dinner. There was chicken, sausages, bread rolls, corn and 3 types of salad. I had everything except for the other two salads. Everything was compostable except for the butter packets.

Then we went on our night walk. First we got told about some signs, they were activities. Whenever we saw one we had to say oooooooooooooooo. We saw lots of animals tigers, tapir, giraffe, elephants, birds and lions. That was just a few animals. We took short cuts and even fed the elephant. The activities were try and get the steak, draw an animal and a answer game then we went back to the campsite went into our tents had a few lollies then brushed our teeth and went to sleep in the morning we put our bags on the ute and then had breakfast there was cereal, toast, fruit and fresh pizza buns. Then we saw some animals the same ones at night but they were easier to see. We also saw penguins.

I loved the camp I would 100% do it again.
