Congratulations to Terron King of Year 11 who scored 104 not out last week. His magnificent century included 19 boundaries and came in only 59 balls. Well done on making your first century Terron!

The team went on to win their Semi-Final match against Parade in commanding fashion. They play the Grand Final against St Joseph’s College Ferntree Gully on Wednesday.

Athletics

A massive thank you to all the students who represented the college on Thursday the 24th of February. A special thank you also goes out to the students who supported the event by coming out as emergencies for the day. We congratulate the Under 13 and 14 age groups for winning their respective age groups and combining to win the Junior Cup. We make a special mention of Louis Salopek of year 7 for setting a new Under 13 1500m Mazenod Record, with a time of 4:33.09.

Overall we finished the day in 4th position on 342.5 points.

We thank the following year 12 students for their six years of dedication to athletics: Arjun Bhardwaj; Ishaan Bhowmick; Zachary Bugeja; Sonny Doherty; Hunter Hains; Nathaniel Louey; Justin McCusker; Andrew Michael; Russell Ng; Revan Rajahmoney; Lachlan Rice; Andrew Samawi; Michael Taylor.
