Blankets Needed

Soupees in Upwey requires donations of blankets for people who are homeless.  Donations can be dropped off in Main Street, Upwey, (next to the Bendigo bank), on Friday afternoons. Altenatively, email soupees7@yahoo.com.au

Light the Night

Light the night is a Leukaemia Foundation inspiring twilight walk. Bring your families, friends and colleagues to shine a beautiful lantern of hope as we walk around Lilydake Lake. Funds raised by the purchase of lanterns and merchandise will support the Leukaemia Foundation. 

Lanterns are $20. You can pay now and pick it up on the night. You can also pay on the night. 

The event will be held on Friday, October 2 and held Lilydale Lake Park (435 Swansea Road, Lilydale). The program is as follows:

5pm - Event opens, registration, lantern collections, food/drinks, etc.

5.30pm - Entertainment commences

6.20pm - Official opening

6.30pm - Light the Night walk commences

7.15pm - Event closes
