Collingwood Football Team Visit

On the 20th June 2023, Year 5 and 6 students at Good Shepherd had Collingwood players come to their school and present things about themselves. Those Collingwood players were Oscar Steene, Jakob Ryan, Joe Richards, and Edward Allan. They all spoke to us about what it's like to be a professional athlete and what they need to do to keep themselves really fit. They said they aren't allowed to have much take away and have to train 6 times a week. The students had the opportunity to ask the players questions about anything. They were really cool and one of them even did a dance for us which was really funny.
