There’s a lot of seed saving and seed planting happening in the garden at the moment.

Garden Club kids helped pull dried kernels from old corn cobs. (Who would have thought that dried out old corn cops are actually full of corn seeds??) And within a week, our corn seedlings have sprouted.

Parents might have noticed envelopes of rocket seed making their way home - it’s time for picking rocket seeds. Plant them in a pot or your garden and they’ll be growing within a week and ready to add to your summer salads within 6 weeks.
