All students deserves a gold star for the start of the year from me in the Library!!

We’ve had a great start to the year.  Books are being returned pretty much on time, and I’ve even had a few back that were from last year…very exciting!!  So, keep up the great work, everyone.  Well Done.

We’ve got some projects on the go in the Library, firstly with the relabelling of the Non-Fiction books getting their own tag for each Dewey number represented on our shelves, which will make life a lot easier for the children to find where the fact books live that they are after.  This will also help them get used to the Non-Fiction section of any library and the use of the number system, which is pretty much the same one used worldwide. 

New furniture is on its way and a general spruce up is on the cards, which will be awesome.

Also, would just like to mention what a great response we have to the first Book Club catalogue of the year.  Thank you for supporting Book Club.  The students love when the new catalogues are in (so do I!!) and they really look forward to receiving their books.  Orders placed should start arriving next week for distribution.
