Reminder Regarding End of Year Arrangements

This year’s Year 10 and 11 students will cease school at 3.10pm on December 7th and students currently in Years 7, 8 and 9 will continue until 3.10pm on Friday December 14th.  Preholiday activities will begin on Monday December 17th.

Secondhand Uniform

We have a limited amount of secondhand uniform available for sale.  On Tuesday 11th December we will hold a sale from around 12noon.  The location for the sale will be advised closer to the day.

Students exiting the college

Please note that any student exiting from the College (excluding Year 12) needs to complete an exit form which can be obtained from the Office.  If you are under 17 and not going to a government school you will also need to complete exit papers and have an exit interview with Ms Farrington-Williams

AND  a reminder that if you are exiting the college your Compass logon will be made inactive when you are no longer a student.  If there are any reports on Compass you wish to keep please make sure you print these reports before the end of the school year.

Booklists

All Year level booklists are now available on our website www.cheltsec.vic.edu.au.  Go to Enrolment (along the blue task bar at the top of the screen), drop down to "Books & Resource List" then select the appropriate year level.

Presentation Evening

A reminder to keep the night of Wednesday December 19th free for the Cheltenham Secondary College Presentation Evening.  One of the awards presented on is the Roffey Family Volunteerism Award which recognises and honours a student’s significant contribution to the local community through their activity and participation as a volunteer.  If you know of a student who meets the criteria there is a nomination form elsewhere in this Cheltonian.
