Knox Young Leaders Program

Last week five students from Year 10, Sophie Klein, Cody Wiseman, Zach Nicholl, Kyle Absolom and Amy Pender, were given the chance to participate in an annual program run by the Knox Council. The program is aimed at helping shape young people into the leaders of the future.

We spent the week at the Knox Civic Centre with students from three other schools and learnt how to be the best leaders we can be. We were given many activities to do to help strengthen our pre-existing leadership skills. At the end of the week we used our new skills to put on a presentation for our teachers, parents and the Mayor.

It was amazing experience for all of us, now we cannot wait to use our new found skills out in the world.

Intermediate German Excursion

Last Tuesday 12 of our Year 9s and 10s adventured into the city to have lunch at Hofbräuhaus, feasting on bretzeln, schnitzel, wurst and apfelstrudel! Many thanks to Ms Zomer for joining us on our excursion.
