Armidale Diocesean Secondary Swimming Carnival

On Thursday 12th March, Ava Macey, Talitha Byrnes, Paige Bowerman, Ryan Macey, Angus McPherson and Meg Cory made the journey to Gunnedah to participate at the Armidale Diocesan Secondary Swimming Selections. 

Results

Ava Macey- 1st 50m Butterfly, 50m & 100m Breaststroke, 4th 50m Backstroke, 5th 50m Freestyle.

Meg Cory- 4th 50m Freestyle, 50m Backstoke & 50m Breaststroke.

Ryan Macey- 4th 50m & 100m Breaststroke, 7th 50m Freestyle & 50m Backstroke.

Angus McPherson- 7th 50m Freestyle & 50m Backstoke

Paige Bowerman-7th 50m Freestyle & 8th 50m Breaststroke.

Talitha Byrnes- 5th 50m Breaststroke & 6th 100m Breaststroke.

All of our students placed within the top 7 swimmers in the whole Armidale diocese for their specific events. What an amazing achievement.

Ava qualified for NSWCCC Swimming for butterfly and both her breaststroke events, however the event has been cancelled.
