Business as usual during COVID-19 restrictions

In these challenging times for all members of the Australian community, we would like to assure our clients that we have put in place measures to ensure the safety of our team in a way which means we can continue to provide our high quality support to clients.

In short, it is business as usual for FOI Solutions.

We have put in place our business continuity plan to ensure we can continue to provide our expert services in this new virtual work environment.

To protect the health of our team and clients and to limit exposure to the virus:

•    All staff can assist you remotely and have access to all technology systems and tools they use daily to provide our usual services.

•    If you call the direct lines of our staff (visible in their signature blocks), phones are diverted to mobile phones.

•    Email communication can occur as usual.

•    We will continue to monitor advice from government.

We hope that our clients are all coping with the unfamiliar work practices associated with social distancing and/or self-isolation.

We are thrilled to announce that FOI Solutions has launched a new website at www.foisolutions.com.au 

We have worked hard to make it easier for clients to book online for our training sessions and navigate our web site.  The site is accessible and easy to read on hand held devices as well as computers. 

Great new features of the site include:

  • our most recent newsletter and important updates
• direct contact details and summary of experience for our lawyers
• direct contact details for administrative and other staff
• a date calculator to help you work out due dates for FOI/RTI processing
• detailed description of the types of work we do for government agencies only

• a quick link to FOI Support for non-legal help in FOI processing.
