Performance and Development Plans (PDP) 2022 - End-Cycle Review

As a school, for the performance and development process in 2022, we will use the state-wide alternative Statement of Expectation instead the standard Performance and Development Plan (PDP) process. Staff or reviewers are not required to complete any routine documentation or monitoring in eduPay.

The 2022 Statement of Expectation for teacher class employees is aligned to the key improvement strategies of learning and wellbeing in the AIP. Teacher class employees are encouraged to consider how they contribute to these areas as appropriate to their role and setting.

Please find below your PDP template with state-wide goals for your salary classification with a summary of aligned AIP activities:

Term 4 End-Cycle Review: as we did in Term 3 we will continue to conduct our Term 4 End-Cycle PDPs in groups. For teachers these will be facilitated by your Learning Specialist (Primary/Secondary) and myself as part of your Term 4 planning day reflection. Allocated time will be timetabled to release ESS in PLT groups facilitated by our Leading Teachers and Robyn. For other staff, you may have 1:1 PDPs with your line manager instead rather than groups during Term 4.

SSP 2020-2024

In addition or replacement of our SSP Goals 2020-2024, DET have mandated a 2022 AIP priority goal with two key improvement strategies focused on Learning and Wellbeing:

  1. Learning - Support both those who need extra support and those who have thrived to continue to extend their learning, especially in numeracy
  2. Wellbeing - Effectively mobilise available resources to support students' wellbeing and mental health, especially the most vulnerable
