Subject Selection Evenings
The Subject Selection Information Evenings are due to be held for all parents and students, as follows:-
Monday 26th July at 7pm for current Years 10 & 11 students (Years 11 & 12 in 2022).

These are significant information session for your son as he prepares to continue to his studies and it is considered very important that he accesses all the information presented.
Due to the COVID situation, we will be providing all the relevant information, including handouts, links, PowerPoint slides, videos from key college staff and the subject selection handbook via a tab on the MAZCOM parent portal.
Changed your Address/Email/Phone Number?
To ensure effective communication to and from the College it is important that all contact details are up to date. If you have recently changed your home address, email address or contact phone number, could you please advise the College on 9560 0911 as soon as possible? Thank you.
Monday PTV Ventura Bus Arrangements
Thank you to all the parents who contacted the Department of Transport (formerly PTV) regarding the cancellation of the Monday 2.30pm Ventura service to Springvale. Unfortunately, the response that parents have received is the same as what the College was told, that there will be no buses at our school finish time of 2.30pm. Ventura and the Department of Transport will provide buses at the usual time of 3.10pm.
The College will supervise students who are willing to wait for the regular services that travel to Springvale. Students can meet Mr Rolfe in the Library and an area will be found for you to relax in while waiting for the buses.
Enrolments for Year 7 2023
A reminder to parents of current students who have a younger brother presently in Grade 5 at primary school, that Enrolment Applications for Year 7 2023 will close on Friday 20th August 2021. Enrolment Application Forms are available from the College Reception or can be collected by current students from the Student Counter.
Absentees
An easy and effective way to log absentee details is to use the MazCom app via your phone. Click on the Absentee tile and enter the details making sure you select your son's name.
Car parking
Please note the following parking details for pick up and drop off at Mazenod College. Areas marked in light blue are for pick/up drop off. Areas marked in red are no parking or dropping off areas. Please do not pick up or drop off in Kernot Avenue or Murdoch Avenue or park in the staff parking areas.
