BUSMAN EXCURSION

The Amazing Race commenced on Thursday 23 August, where many competitive teams were eager to fight for the $10 canteen voucher!

It was a tough day, with the bright sun breaking us into a sweat as we raced around Melbourne city to find the clues to challenging riddles whilst keeping our eyes out for bonus points. Our aim was to take photos of marketing material found in these areas and to complete each activity with a group photo in front of the chosen location.

We all soon felt tired and had lunch at Melbourne central where we feasted on McDonald’s and the all important Hungry Jacks burger to gain our strength back. We continued our long journey to Vic Market, Her Majesty’s Theatre, Crown and Collins Street, while stopping for a picture with a unique item of choice, chatting with staff and locals, which made us business students understand how various businesses market and promote their products and services.
