Fruit Tree Grafting Workshop

We are looking at organising a fruit tree grafting workshop later in the year. In order to help us with planning and ordering we are currently seeking expressions of interest from those who may be interested in attending. The workshop would likely run for a couple of hours and be suitable for beginners. Participants would be able to gets hands on and try some grafting techniques and take home their own grafted fruit tree at the end of the workshop (most likely an apple tree, but we are also looking into the possibility of cherry rootstock). We are aiming to keep the cost of the workshop to approximately $25-$30.

We would also be interested to hear from you if you have any interesting or heirloom varieties of fruit trees at home that we could harvest scion for grafting from.
