2020 School Celebrations

Presentation College Windsor has been privileged to provide an education to thousands of girls, across multiple generations.  Just as Nano Nagle, the Presentation Sisters and their values have been the soul of our school's community, we believe that our students have been its beating heat.

Due to the closure of Presentation College Windsor at the end of the 2020 school year, a series of events have been organised for members of our community to celebrate our rich history.  They will be as follows:

Windsor High Tea

Sunday, 17 May 2020  |  2.00pm

$35 per person

Presentation College Windsor Hall

Unfortunately, due to the Coronavirus outbreak in Australia, it is likely that this event will need to be postponed.  Therefore, we are are not taking bookings at this time.

We will monitor the situation in the weeks ahead, and if the event needs to be postponed, we will look to reschedule it later in the year, possibly in September.  It is important to us to celebrate our history; however, the safety of our community is a priority.  We thank you for your understanding during this time and pray that you and your families are safe and healthy.

Please ensure that we have your email address on file by contacting Nikki Williams at nwilliams@pcw.vic.edu.au or follow our social media pages, Facebook and Instagram, to be notified of any updates.

A collection of student artworks purchased by the College over the years will be on display at the annual Art Show.

Commemorative Project

We would like to commemorate the school's history and capture its essence through the stories of the women who have walked the halls of the College.  To see this project come to fruition, we need the help of our alumnae!  So, what can you do?

1. Share your stories

We are seeking past students across multiple decades that are willing to share memories of their daily school life, who can tell us what a typical school day and year was like during their times, what it was like to be a day student or a boarder, etc.

We are also interested to know what value/s and/or inspiration you received from an education at PCW.  Did it help guide you as you moved beyond the gates and went on to further studies; did a teacher or subject inspire a career pathway; did you make a wonderful home for your family; were you a Prefect, Captain, Dux, the lead in a production, do you have family connections with the College?

Please be aware that we are not necessarily only looking for past students whom have had high profile success since leaving PCW, we want to hear from many perspectives.

If you would like to get involved, we invite you to complete this online form - http://bit.ly/pcwstories or contact Nikki Williams on 03 8517 2734 or at nwilliams@pcw.vic.edu.au.

2. Nominate a fellow alumna

Perhaps you know of someone who has been doing great things in their careers, studies, or for their local community.  We are happy to receive nominations and leads that we can follow up.  You can also nominate them via our online form - http://bit.ly/pcwstories.

3. Share any pictures or memorabilia you have

If you have any pictures, yearbooks or memorabilia you would like to donate or share with the Alumnae Association (we would be happy to collect, scan and return your items to you), please contact Nikki Williams at nwilliams@pcw.vic.edu.au.

Final stories to be published will be selected by the Commemorative Project Committee to ensure coverage across multiple generations of students.
