School Council Meetings

The dates of the upcoming School Council and Committee meetings are as follows:

School Council: Wednesday 19th May @ 7.30pm (Annual Reporting meeting)

Parent Association: Friday 21st May @ 9am (Juniors)

Education & Policy: Tuesday 1st June @ 6.30pm 

Traffic: Wednesday 2nd June @ 6.30pm 

Buildings, Grounds & Sustainability: Thursday 3rd June @ 6.30pm 

Finance: Tuesday 8th June @ 5.45pm 

Annual Reporting Meeting

Each year we produce an Annual Report, which is presented to School Council and shared with the school community.  The Annual Report enables the school to reflect on their achievements for the previous year. 

Like all School Council meetings, the Annual Reporting meeting is open to all members of the school community. 

Parents are asked to register to attend the Annual Reporting meeting by calling the office on 9571 6281 or email the school’s email address malvern.ps@education.vic.gov.au – this will enable us to comply with our Covid Plan and allocate a suitable space.

Working Bee – Sunday 16th May

The Buildings, Grounds and Sustainability Committee is holding the first working bee for 2021 on Sunday 16th May.   Our main focus will be completing the garden in the middle of the school and tidying up the vegetable patch area for the Gardening Club.

The Working Bee will go from 11am to 5pm – in three shifts:

11am to 1pm

1pm to 3pm

3pm to 5pm

Thank you to the families who have already registered.  If you are yet to register, we would appreciate more assistance in the 1pm and 3pm timeslots.
