This term has been very productive and exciting for members of the house committee and I'm so proud and thankful for every members contribution towards making a successful House System at BSC.
A highlight in regards to the houses at BSC was the running of various house related events including theatre sports and a bread tag collection competition. There was also involvement in the main sports events this term which were Athletics Carnival and Cross Country. Both events were a huge success and much fun was had by all participants and spectators. A huge congratulations to all who took part. Additionally, congratulations to Lan Se house who took the win for both events!

Furthermore, a logo committee was established to design logos for each of the four houses at BSC. This is with the aim to improve visibility of houses and increase engagement. Currently the logo committee is conducting research to see which animal the school community wants to represent their house. We look forward to sharing the completed logos with you very soon!
Finally, the BSC House Committee is working on is establishing a school wide house points system. This system aims to extend the house system at BSC so that it is not solely focused on sporting events and instead different aspects of school life inclusive of different cocurricular activities and giving recognition to those who exemplify school values. This system is already up and away and we are excited to share the current total tally with you.
