3C

By Alicia Bird

Over the first two weeks of the year 3C has been exploring who they are and what their strengths are in their learning, out on the playground and outside of school. Through their strengths they have deepened their understanding of one another and built connections.

Saheli – “It was important for us to explore our strengths so people could recognise what they were good at and connect with others. It is also a way for us to share what we are good at and what our weaknesses might be with other people.”

Veer – “It gave us a chance to celebrate what used to be a challenge for us, is now a strength of ours.”

Layla – “Doing the class strengths tree meant we let all our strengths go free, letting our strengths out to the world, showing people what we can do.”

Tommy – “Sharing our strengths gave us a way to find connections with each other.”

Vincent – “We explored our strengths so we can know what other people can do and like, then we can play with them.

Juliana – “When we explored our strengths, I felt happy. People now know what my strengths are so they can come to me when they need help. They can also look at our strengths chart.”
