A great highlight of the day was the Staff, Parent and Year 6 relay. A big thank you to everyone who participated in this fun event. The race started with a great superman dive from Graeme Brown, then the rest of the M & M Mayhem team: Maggie Brown, Molly Ramien and Dan Ramien were unstoppable and came away with the win and were presented with the coveted golden flippers! We can’t wait to have more events like these at our carnivals in the future.

Thank you to all of the amazing parents and staff who helped in the set up, running and pack up of our carnival, we really appreciate your help and couldn’t run it without you. It is a huge undertaking and many of our timekeepers were on their feet all day without a break. A special shout out to Abbie Logan for running the computer system and to Aaron Smith for helping not only with set up and pack up but also with starting the races. Thanks also to Hayley Hausfeld for taking all the wonderful photos on the day.

Polding Basketball

Last week, Henry Weinthal travelled to Lismore as part of the Armidale Diocesan Basketball Team to compete at the Polding Trials. He was selected in the Armidale Diocesan Team late last year. He had a fantastic day developing his skills and meeting new people.
