Year 12 EAL Incursion

The Year 12 EAL students had a wonderful time attending the Eagles Nest Theatre Company's performance of Much Ado About Nothing. The students were captivated by the play and interacted well with the actors, asking questions and making their opinions about the bad behaviour of characters very clear. The actors were engaging and brought this classic story to life with their energy and enthusiasm. After the performance, students engaged in a workshop with the actors from Eagles Nest, exploring how various characters are represented in the world of the play and how audiences engage with them. This incursion helped students to understand Shakespeare's play in much greater detail, and was incredibly useful as they prepare for their next SAC. Most importantly, everyone (students, staff and the team from Eagles Nest) had a great time! We can't wait to welcome them back for future incursions.
