School Photos

Our school photos will be taken on Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 March. Photos will be taken by The School Photographer. 

A photo of each student, class and group (e.g. Captains, choirs, music ensembles and sport) will be taken. Your child is expected to be at school all day on both days, wearing full school uniform. School activities will be taken into account planning the photo schedule, but we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate any personal, non-school appointments your child may have on these days; if possible, we recommend changing appointments you may have during the school day on 20 and 21 March.  

As advised on Compass this week, photos of each student, their class, and/or a sibling photo if you have two or more children at EHPS this year, can be ordered now online from The School Photographer. Use the code X3108PER52E to enter the EHPS order page.

We recommend ordering prior to photo day. Orders can be placed after this date but a late fee will be incurred. Please note that sibling photos must be ordered prior to the first photo day; the online order page for sibling photos will close at least 24 hours prior to Monday 20 March so that the ordered sibling photos can be added to the schedule. Therefore, we recommend placing your sibling order not later than Friday 17 March. 

There is no catch up opportunity planned. If your child is absent on either or both these days, their name will be recorded on their class photo.  

Orders for group photos (e.g. Captains, choirs, music ensembles and sport) will be available later in the year. 

It is expected that ordered photos will be delivered in about eight weeks after the photo days.
