Welcome Event
What a wonderful way to celebrate and welcome the new families to EHPS last Friday evening. The school community certainly showed up in the masses and it was brilliant to see. We had over 700 people register to attend the event and we are so grateful for all the support from everyone who attended. We look forward to seeing you at our next event.
PFC Meeting & Annual General Meeting
The next PFC meeting will include our Annual General Meeting. It will be held on Wednesday 22 March at 7.30pm in the Staff Room at school. All welcome.
Please join us to elect our new executive committee for 2023-2024. Roles to nominate for are:
- President
- Secretary
- Social Media Coordinator
- Fundraising Coordinator
- Secondhand Uniform Coordinator.
National Ride2School Day
The Junior School Council will be running National Ride2School Day on Friday 24 March.
The PFC will be providing fresh fruit for all students walking, scooting or riding to school on this day.
Easter Raffle
Essex Egg-tastic Easter Raffle will be running again this year with three chocolatey hampers to be won!
All hampers have been generously donated which means 100% of ticket sales will go directly to the school.
Raffle will be running through a Trybooking link. More details to come.
Secondhand Uniform Donations and Stalls
To help assist the volunteers of the secondhand uniform stall, the PFC will now have allocated dates, once a term, when you can donate your secondhand uniforms. No donations will be accepted outside of this date and cannot be left at the School Office or in the lost property boxes. The PFC have set the donation drop off dates and stall dates for the remainder of 2023, so you can plan ahead for your donations and purchases. See calendar below for dates, times and locations for donations and the stalls.
Payment for secondhand uniform will be by EFTPOS only (MasterCard or VISA); no cash accepted.
The four lost property boxes (large grey square lidded boxes located at Banksia, Violet and Eucalyptus buildings and in the Stadium foyer) will be emptied on each donation drop off date and sorted prior to the sale. All named items will be returned to students. Anything uncollected and unnamed may be sold at the sale to raise funds for our school.
We are grateful for all donations of school uniform you no longer require for the PFC to sell as a fundraiser for the school. Items must be clean and in good condition with the current EHPS logo; please remove/delete names from donated uniform.
