Year 9

Over the last two weeks, the Year 9 students have participated in their retreats. The retreats provided the students with an opportunity to step away from the classroom and explore the theme of ‘Social Justice’. The students participated in a range of activities and games across the day, some challenging their perceptions of society and others challenging the students to win a prize. The students responded well to the activities and many came away from the day having learnt something about the global community and the many issues faced by people across the world. The Year 9s ought to be commended on the way they conducted themselves across these days.
