Christmas Dress Up Day

Students are welcome to dress up in anything Christmas on Friday. You could come in as an elf or as Santa. You could also just wear reindeer antlers….it is up to you but remember it’s Christmas.

Whole School Assembly

The Scotsburn students will start the day at Buninyong this Friday. The students will attend the final assembly and then make our way back to Scotsburn on the bus for a 1.30 pm finish.

Early Finish Friday

A reminder that this Thursday the students will be finishing at 1.30pm.

Farewell to the Grade 6’s

As the year comes to a close, we say goodbye to our 2020 Grade 6’s. They have done a great job leading the school and have been wonderful role models for the younger students. We are positive that the examples they have set for our current grade 5’s will ensure the students at Scotsburn continue to be in good hands. All of the staff, students and families wish the departing Grade 6 students well as they take their next step towards Secondary school. Have fun!

Shared Christmas Lunch

The students and staff enjoyed a shared Christmas feast together last Friday. We would like to thank Buninyong Foodworks and Ash from the Buninyong Bakery. Their generous contributions were greatly appreciated. Special thanks also to Raquel & Sharon for all of their amazing organisation along with Nyree and Andrew Wilson who came along to help out.

Families Finishing at Scotsburn

This week brings with it the end for some of our families time at Scotsburn. We would like to thank you for the many years of support that you have provided. We wish these families well as they move onto the next chapter of their child’s schooling.

Fed Uni Fun Day

The students and staff had a fantastic time at the pool on Monday. The weather was perfect and the smiles on the faces of everyone was so nice to see.

Pip The Lizard

If you would like to take care of Pip the Lizard over the Christmas break, please drop in and see Ana ASAP. Logan Smith’s family looked after PIP during Remote Learning, and from all reports, they loved PIP so much that they are looking to get a lizard of their own!
