50th BIRTHDAY

50th Birthday Celebration

Saturday 3 June 2023

As you hopefully know already it is our 50th birthday this year and we are celebrating with an Open Day Gallery Walk and some 50th Birthday related stalls.

We require volunteers to help throughout the day on a range of stalls from 11.30am – 1pm including:

• BBQ – cooking or serving
• Helping at the Canteen
• Welcome tables – handing out maps etc
• Selling 50th Birthday merchandise
• Giving out children’s ‘Trail bags’ for a type of scavenger hunt trail 

At the most we would need you to volunteer for 1 hour. The more people we get the shorter the time people will need to volunteer.

If you are able to volunteer on the day please let us know the times you are available by:

Writing it on our Sign up list – located near the Kindness cart at the front entry gate
