Premier's Reading Challenge - Wild About Reading!

Our students are powering on with their reading for the Premier's Reading Challenge. 

Students can read books on the book list for their year level or a level above and they will count towards the Challenge total. 

Students should check with their teachers or parents if they are not in Years 9 or 10 and want to read a book from that list. This list includes titles for mature readers. Students can read a book from a level below their year level if their teachers agree. 

Students can choose the books they read from their favourite genre(s)!!!!

The Challenge is open to students from Years 7 to 10 in recognition of the importance of reading for literacy development. It is not a competition; but a personal challenge for students to read a set number of books by 8th September, 2023.

YEARS 7 TO 9

Number of books to read: 15

Number of books from the Challenge book list: 10 or more

YEAR 10

Number of books to read: 15

Number of books from the Challenge book list: 5 or more
