Action required: Compass contact details

Ensuring our records are up to date

 

From Thursday 20 August, you will notice the next time you login to Compass you will be asked to confirm your mobile and email address details. This is a one time prompt and will disappear as soon as it has been completed. This is been done to ensure that our records are up to date. 

 

When you login to Compass, you will be shown your current registered personal details, including your name, mobile number and email. You will then be required to either confirm that these details are accurate or update these details. 

 

Please follow the below steps to assist you: 

  • If the details already recorded are correct, you don’t need to do anything more. Click on 'I don't have these details' to go back to the Compass  home page.
  • If you need to make changes, type over the top of the existing information in the box allocated 
  • Once you have finished making your changes click on 'Update my details'.

Once you have selected the ‘update my details’ button, your changes are sent through to the NHS Administration Team where they will be notified of the changes. 

 

Please be aware the changes need to be entered manually by a NHS staff member and will not be saved permanently until this is done. This may take a couple of days.
