CARER GATEWAY COMMUNITY FORUM

At this difficult time, I would like to introduce you to the Carer Gateway Community Forum, an Australian Government initiative we are proudly managing,  where carers can connect with each other in a safe, online space and reduce isolation. We warmly invite you to this service for parents and teachers caring for a loved one with a disability, mental health concern, chronic illness or who is aged.  You can find the Forum here.

Attached are flyers for your information.
