The University of Sydney, Early Offer Year 12 Scheme (E12/SRS) - Update to Eligibility – Rural and Regional The University of Sydney are pleased to share that eligibility for E12 has been extended this year to include students who attend a rural or regional school in NSW. Macquarie University Macquarie University has announced that the caps have been removed and any applicant who meets the criteria for the Early Entry Schemes, which offer students a place at Macquarie based on their Year 11 results, will be made an offer to study at Macquarie in 2011. Students applying for the CSU Doctor of Medicine : there are some advantages for rural or regional students 

Students may be eligible for an adjusted ATAR (91.5) through the rural entry admission scheme. Students from rural and regional backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.  For consideration under this scheme students will also need to:

Engineering at Charles Sturt University Free Engineering taster modules: Students can start studying engineering at CSU right now. For Free! Subjects from the Topic Tree are available WITH NO ENTRY REQUIREMENTS. Each subject takes around three hours to complete. If students decide to study engineering after high school, they can also receive credit for these modules

Charles Sturt University will host a webinar to help students prepare for exams on Tuesday 25th August 7pm - 8pm. The CEO of Langley Group, Sue Langley, will present the session (find out more about Sue in the attached link).The session will cover how senior students can identify, use and leverage their unique strengths to put them into a positive and confident mindset for approaching revision and exams, managing stress, and to find motivation for learning.
