Eucalyptus House

Eucalyptus House has started this term calmly, with incredible focus on teaching and learning. Teachers and students are both excited to be in the classrooms, learning from each other and continuing to develop our Social and Emotional skills together.

It will be a very busy term for students and teachers and is only 9 weeks long. We will be engaging in a great deal of professional learning and ensuring that we are providing our students and families with the best quality assessment and feedback. This focus has already included our Parent Teacher Student Interviews. We were so pleased to see such a fantastic turn out of parents. It is always wonderful to meet our parents and guardians in person, and we thank you all for braving the cold to make it down to see us.

Our Senior Studies teachers will be participating in moderation programs this term, and a focus on spotlight practices will continue through our Curriculum Day and into Term 3. Students will also be involved in Athletics day, and our term will conclude with Mid-Year exams for our seniors.

It has been a pleasure to watch all of our students demonstrate resilience and a commitment to learning, and I am privileged to be able to work closely with them to support them to achieve their successes.
