One of our actions in the Reconciliation Action Plan is to visibly demonstrate respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. We have many examples of this across the school. The latest project we have been working on is naming the classrooms with an animal and having the Kaurna name for that animal. We have almost completed this project with artwork that I have completed. It will be on display in each classroom in the coming weeks.

We are also looking out for new recruits to our Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group. We catch up once a term and discuss how we are going to incorporate Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander culture into the school.
