HOT CROSS BUN DRIVE – Orders Due Thursday 30th March
Bakers Delight Prahran are once again supporting Windsor Primary by donating $2.50 from every 6-pack of hot cross buns sold! Order forms are due to be returned to school by Thursday 30th March and orders will be delivered to school on Tuesday 4th April just in time for school holidays. All money raised will help contribute to our ‘Edible Garden’ fundraising goal.
END OF TERM BBQ – Wednesday April 5
Order forms have gone out and are due back by March 31 if your kids would like a BBQ lunch on Wednesday April 5. The profits from this End of Term BBQ will be going towards some much needed sporting equipment.
For our new families, at the end of each term a few of our parents organise and distribute a BBQ lunch for those who order in advance (all items are purchased according to returned forms so late orders will not be accepted). Items to pre-order include Sausages in bread (including Halal and Vegetarian), Juice box, Popcorn and Icy-poles. If you cannot locate your child’s order form then grab a new one at the office.
MARKET DAY IN MAY – May 12, 2023
Don’t forget your kids need to register a table if they would like to set up their own stall at our Market Day in May. They can sell second hand or homemade items at their stall to raise money for Windsor Primary School.
The event will take place on Friday 12th May from 4:30pm, and will include a BBQ dinner.
If you have any questions, or would like to get involved, please contact Sarah on
0400 023 224.
GRILL”D WINDSOR FUNDRAISER – MONTH OF MARCH
Please gather your friends and family and head down to Grill’d Windsor on Chapel Street for a burger during the month of March! Windsor Primary currently has one of the ‘Local Matters’ token boxes and we need your support to help our fundraising. Make sure you vote with your token in our box – more tokens in our box means more money for the school!
ICE CREAM FRIDAY – 3.30pm at the Food Tech Window
Bring along your $2 on Friday and they will be available for purchase at 3.30pm from the Food Tech Window. All profits will go towards planting out our new Community Edible Garden which is located along the end wall of the ELC Building. The P&F Committee are very excited to be able to finance this special space that the entire community will continue to enjoy.
Thank you to Woolworths Prahran for donating the ice creams each week.
TOASTIES TUESDAY LUNCH ORDERS
You can order your cheese toasties for lunch each Tuesday. Simply bring along your $2 and give it to your teacher at roll call and the toasties will be delivered to the classrooms at lunchtime. Thank you to our parents who are prepping and cooking each week to make this all happen.
Also, a big thank you to Woolworths Prahran for donating all the supplies needed to make the toasties each week.
All profits this term from toasties has been used to purchase a defibrillator for the school. We are very happy to say it has arrived (see attached photo)!
Have you thought of a great fundraising idea that you would like to organise for WPS? We would love to hear from you and are happy to support you in getting it organised!

CAKE STALL coming up on 6 April!
The beloved end of term cake stall will be held when school finishes at 2:30pm on Thursday 6 April.
We need parents and carers to help by providing lots of yummy treats to sell - Cupcakes, biscuits, jelly, slices, sherbet, fruits or anything else that children will love.
Please deliver directly to the school kitchen on the day either from 8:30-9am or by 1pm in the afternoon. Remember to include a full list of ingredients to help those with allergies or who avoid certain foods (ie: animal or dairy products).
Items will be priced between $1 and $4 and all money raised will go towards updating the school sporting equipment. Don't forget to bring some cash on the day.
Thanks,
