Clean Up Australia Day

Clean Up Australia Day (Sunday 5th of March) is an annual event that aims to inspire and empower communities to clean up and conserve our environment.

On Tuesday, our Sustainability and Social Justice captains led the Mini Vinnies members and the 5/6 Level in a Clean Up Australia Day event.

These students enthusiastically gloved up and scoured all areas of our school grounds for litter. Afterwards, they worked collaboratively to sort the rubbish they found into various categories - landfill, mixed recycling and green waste.

It was very inspiring to see our captains and senior students rolling up their sleeves, getting out there and taking action!
