100 days of Prep!
On 29 July, our Preppies celebrated this super milestone by dressing up and showing the special grown-ups in their lives the number of ways they could play a game with 100 in it. They were also awarded a pretty awesome certificate and badge at a '100 Days of Prep' ceremony!

Year 7 Toy Time
Each year, Year 7 students are tasked with designing and building a toy suitable for a Year 4 student. This is a trans-disciplinary project, combining Science, Digital Technology, Art and Mathematics.
Some fantastic toys were created and enjoyed by students, staff and parents. Our industry expert from Moose Toys selected Rehan Basra, Dineth Dassanayake, Elroy Hatswell and Sam Kanapathippillai as winners of the Industry Award.
The Year 4 students' Kids Choice Award went to Chase Blackmore, Declan Crawford, Archie Fifoot, Jasper Watters, Sid Wimalasundera and Nick Yan.
Year 9 Impact Program - exploration of Chinatown
In late June, our Year 9 students continued their cultural rotations as part of the Year 9 Impact Program. They explored Chinatown and participated in a Kung Fu lesson at the Chinese Museum. Students learnt new skills in how to defend themselves.
Andrew Volakakis shared, 'It was interesting and engaging day. I took away a lot of information and skills including action and reaction'.
2022 Kilvington Years 11 and 12 Formal

Lucky enough to hold this year’s event as planned, all involved were immensely excited for the 2022 Kilvington Years 11 and 12 Formal.
Excitement grew throughout the first week of Term 3 and it was a wonderful welcome back following the School holidays.
Held this year for the first time at Hotel Chadstone, the Years 11 and 12 students enjoyed a cocktail-style event where everyone was encouraged to mingle, utilise the photobooth and brave the dance floor. Moreover, studio-style photographers captured the many and varied outfits and smiling faces on display.
Overall, it was a fantastic evening and opportunity to celebrate amidst the stress of VCE.
