Year 11 Artists’ Book Exhibition
Our Year 11 artists completed some fabulous Artists’ Books for one of their Unit 1 outcomes. These books experimented with different materials and techniques and focused on an earth element, including air, fire and water. Some books were created from scratch and some were based on existing books.
The results were so fabulous that we held a week long exhibition during lunchtimes, to showcase these works to the whole school. A huge well done to all the Year 11s and a big thankyou to everyone who visited the exhibition and supported our artists!

House Athletics Carnival
Our first House Athletics Carnival since 2019 was blessed with blue skies and sunshine, although the temperature in the morning was challenging. Our students were very enthusiastic with their participation and House spirit.
It was pleasing to see that we have some real talent in our younger students, who have not competed at Nazareth before. Our older students appeared to relish the opportunity to compete against their peers.
So many of our students made an effort to dress up to represent their House colours. There were some wild and whacky costumes wore by the Year 12s which added to the carnival atmosphere.
Congratulations to McAuley House as the overall winners on the day. They also finished first in the Junior and Senior divisions. Congratulations to Chisholm House who won the Intermediate shield.
Thanks to all the staff and students who were involved with preparation, events and/or supervision. Special thanks to Ms Mish Mackay for her fabulous photos taken at the event.
