The Addams Family

Production this year has been insane.  The amount of hard work that has been put into this show is admirable. The level of dedication and commitment shown by the cast and crew never fails to amaze me.  This year, as one of the Production Captains, I’ve had the opportunity to  experience a new level of responsibility and leadership.  It has  given me a whole new level of understanding as to just how much goes into putting on these shows. 

This is my sixth year as a member of our production family and each year that I have been involved, our bond with each other continues to grow.  It has been a crazy and hectic year trying to organise my time between portraying Wednesday Addams, the responsibilities of being a Captain and managing school work in my final schooling year. 

Singing, dancing and acting rehearsals aren’t the only things happening in our theatre during production time.  The hard work put into the construction of our sets and various other elements is never unnoticed.  The love and support we all give to each other helps us perform to our best abilities.

This crazy, wacky musical has left a permanent place in my heart that I will always treasure. Performing every night with people I love for the last time is a memory from my high school years that I won’t forget.  I can’t wait to come back in the years to come and see us only progress and continue to blow audiences away.  Good luck for the future!
