Vacation Swimming Program 2025 - October School Holidays

As one of our regular offerings across the October holidays, we will be running a Vacation Swimming Program from Monday 6 October to Friday 10 October.

  • The holidays are a great time to jumpstart your child’s skills for the upcoming term. This program targets certain skills that need more focus, time, and practice, for example, butterfly and breaststroke corrections, diving and tumble turns. This is a great opportunity to consolidate all swimming skills.
  • Each lesson is 40 minutes in duration and is a wonderful way to improve children’s safety, confidence and enjoyment in the water.
  • Lessons are at the same time each day for five days. The cost for ASC students is $150.80.
  • We take swimmers from four to 13 years.
  • The lesson times to register, are from 8.00am, 8.45am, 9.30am, 10.15am and 11.00am.
  • The holiday program is ideal for swimmers to stay fit and motivated over the holidays.
  • Lessons are focused on skills needed to progress to another level, in a fun environment. Our teachers are highly experienced and picked to work with children during Vac Swim.

Djaaliny: Navigating the Social Media Ban with Paris McNeil

All Saints' College is pleased to be hosting Djaaliny: Navigating the Social Media Ban with Paris McNeil on Monday 17 November from 6.30pm in the Centre for Performing Arts.

The Australian Government will introduce a social media ban for under 16s from 10 December, restricting access to platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and more. While the ban aims to protect young people from online harms such as cyberbullying, harmful content and excessive screen time - it also raises big questions for families.

How will this change affect students socially and emotionally? What role can parents play in helping their children navigate life without social media? And what strategies can families use to build healthier digital habits at home?

In this interactive session, keynote speaker and workshop facilitator Paris McNeil will:

  • Explain what the social media ban means for students and families.
  • Share practical strategies to support children through the transition.
  • Provide tools to encourage safe, balanced and healthy tech use at home.

Parents will walk away with a clear understanding of the ban, helpful conversation starters and practical resources to support their child’s wellbeing and resilience in the digital age.
