Morning Bus Service Update – Route 925

Transperth has advised of a change to the morning public bus service from Bull Creek Station to All Saints’ College, effective Monday 13 October (start of Term 4).

What’s changing:

  • The 7.57am trip from Bull Creek Station will now depart at 8.03am and will no longer deviate to All Saints’ College.
  • The 8.13am school days trip from Bull Creek Station will now deviate to All Saints’ College.

This change affects all students who use the morning Route 925 service from Bull Creek Station. The updated timing is expected to be more convenient for students, aligning more closely with the College’s start time.

Please note: There are no changes to the afternoon service.

Families are encouraged to check the Transperth website or App for full service details.

Summer Uniform

As we prepare for the start of Term 4, we remind families that all students are expected to return in their full summer uniform, in line with the Dress and Appearance Standards published on MyASC and displayed in classrooms.

Please ensure that your child’s uniform is checked over the holiday break and that all items are in good condition and fit appropriately. The College Uniform Shop will be open during the holidays, should you need to purchase any new items or replacements. Students are not permitted to combine winter and summer uniform items; they must wear either the complete summer formal uniform or the complete summer sports uniform, as appropriate to their timetable. Thank you for your ongoing support in maintaining our high standards of presentation.

Understanding All Saints’ College’s Approach to Bullying

At All Saints’ College, we are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive and respectful learning environment for all students. We recognise that bullying situations can be complex, and understanding the dynamics involved often takes time and careful consideration.

Our priority is always to stop the bullying and reduce the likelihood of it recurring. While punitive measures may seem like a straightforward solution, research and experience show that punishment alone is rarely effective and can sometimes mirror the very behaviours we are trying to address.

Instead, our approach centres on restorative practices and open dialogue. A key strategy we use is the Method of Shared Concern, which encourages students to speak honestly about their experiences and work collaboratively toward solutions that improve the situation for everyone involved. This method will be explored in more detail in the next edition of our newsletter.

Our whole-school bullying policy outlines how students, families and staff – including Tutor Teachers and Heads of House – work together to respond to bullying. Tutor Teachers play a vital role in supporting students’ wellbeing and are often the first point of contact for concerns. Heads of House provide additional guidance and oversight, ensuring that responses are consistent, compassionate and aligned with College values.

It is important that expectations around respectful behaviour are reinforced both at school and at home, helping students to develop a clear understanding of what is expected of them.

For further information, please speak with your child’s Tutor Teacher or Head of House, or contact the College administration. Together, we can continue to build a culture of care, respect and belonging.
