SSF Morning Tea

On Wednesday we prepared a 'Welcome Back Morning Tea' for the Staff at the Junior/Senior Campus.
The food service had to be over two different recesses to carer for everyone.
We each had a particular food (savoury and sweet) item to prepare and serve.
The menu consisted of Thai sausage rolls, smoked salmon and caper mini quiches, vegetarian quiches, gluten free cupcakes and chocolate fudge brownies, butterscotch scrolls, cheese and chive scones as well as date scones.
We enjoyed the busy exercise and managed to serve everything we made to a high standard of presentation.
We were happy to receive positive comments and complements from the Staff.
It was a really good practical day for our learned skills.
