2025 Fair and Open Day

Save the Date: 2025 Kilvington Fair and Open Day

Mark your calendars! The 2025 Kilvington Fair and Open Day will take place on Saturday, 22 March.

Planning is already in full swing to ensure another fantastic family day, celebrating and embracing our vibrant school community.

Be sure to check this page in each edition of ITK to find out how you can get involved and contribute. It’s true what they say—many hands make light work!

Sign up as a 2025 Fair Coordinator

Thank you to all who have graciously signed up to lead a stall at next year’s Kilvington Fair and Open Day.

There are still many opportunities to get involved, so please take a look at the list of stalls here. It’s great fun and stall coordinators are well supported by the Fair Committee and a team of volunteers on the day. Consider volunteering with a friend or a small group.

An example of stalls needing a coordinator include:

  • Devonshire Tea
  • Fruit Salad Cups
  • Jam Donuts
  • Plants
  • Sand Art

Collecting jam jars

A request to all families from the Jams and Relish Stall — please start collecting your used jam jars and deliver them to the collection point in Main Reception.

We are looking for clean, label-free 250ml volume jars with lids. The Bonne Maman or Aldi copy jars are ideal, as are salsa jars and the jars the delicious Meredith goats cheese comes in. Now you have a good excuse.

Calling all crafters

The Kilvington Craft Group will hold their next creative session on Saturday 7 September from 2.00 to 5.00pm.

In addition to planning and creating items for the Craft Stall at the Fair, the group will be making goodies for the Christmas Pop-Up Stall at the last SHUS opening of the year in December.

This is a fabulous and friendly group who are happy to guide and support budding crafters, and you can be assured of some coffee, cake and great conversation too.

If you are keen to join the session, please email Eleri Stephens via elerim@gmail.com.
