Support our Year 9s
On Friday September 20, our Year 9 students will walk from Kilvington to Federation Square in preparation for their upcoming Transformative Expeditions to Cape York and South West Victoria. The walk will take approximately three hours.
Your support provides additional purpose for our students as they fundraise as part of the community service component of the Year 9 Impact Program.
Both expeditions involve engagement with First Nations people and their cultures, and the funds raised will support indigenous communities via Red Earth and the Murrup Foundation.
Let’s show our Year 9s our support by donating generously. You can donate here.

Study strategies for success
As exams approach and pressure mounts, it’s crucial for students to make the most of their study sessions. Here are some key strategies for success:
- Create a plan - Develop a structured study schedule outlining what to study and when.
- Organise a study space - Designate a quiet, well-lit and clutter-free area for studying.
- Know what to study - Identify the key topics and concepts that you need to know.
- Remove distractions - Minimise interruptions by turning off notifications, using a timer, and informing others of your study time.
- Summarise knowledge - Condense and review the material by summarising it in your own words.
- Self-assessment - Regularly test your knowledge with practice exams or quizzes.
By incorporating these strategies into your study routine, you can effectively manage your time and enhance your exam preparation.
