Welcome to the new school year!
Interested parents are invited to attend our first meeting to be held:

Time: 2:30 p.m.
Venue: Staffroom
At this meeting we will be discussing the role of the P&F and planning our 2024 events. Please come along with your ideas! Everyone is welcome!
If you can’t attend our meeting, we will be calling for volunteers to help out with canteen, selling Zooper Doopers, helping with special lunches, morning teas, Mother’s and Father’s day stalls, etc. More information will be shared after our meeting.
Events for Term 1
- Canteen - lunch orders are held every Wednesday starting 21st February.
- Zooper Doopers will be sold on Fridays for $1 (weather permitting)
- Picture plate fundraiser

All lunch orders, special lunches and morning tea will need to be ordered through the QKR! App. There will be no cash payments, except for icy poles (which are sold on Wednesdays) and Zooper Doopers (which are sold on Fridays).
SCHOOL FUNDRAISER – PICTURE PLATES
All St Carlo’s children (and their siblings, relatives and friends) are invited to take part in the long-standing Australian tradition of designing their very own custom picture plate.
WHAT: A 25cm personalised dinner plate. Plates are made in Australia of food-safe, dishwasher-safe highly durable melamine with a 40-year guarantee.
COST: $34 each (plus a $1 transaction fee per order).

WHEN: Orders close strictly at 3:00pm on MONDAY 4 MARCH, 2024. No late orders will be accepted.
Plate templates will be distributed (to the eldest child in the family) in the 2nd week of March and are due back to school on or before THURSDAY 14 MARCH (please pop a reminder for both due dates in your phone now).
WHY: A fun (and useful) keepsake from your child’s school years. Picture plates also make excellent gifts so think ahead! You can order multiples of your child’s design and/or order extra plates for them to customise for loved ones.
HOW: The eldest child from participating families (whose parent/carer has pre-ordered online) will receive a picture plate paper template/s (with instructions, to take home) on which they can draw, paint and/or stick photos. Completed templates must be returned to school no later than one week after distribution.
