A Little About Us
Marist Family Support is a sub-committee of the College P&F Association. It was set up to provide assistance to families and students in our school community who are doing it tough or facing extraordinary challenges. Run by parents, it is a way for us to connect and make a change for those around us.
Support can take many forms. One of our most utilised is the topping up of Tuckshop monitor funds for families in need. Giving them some breathing space during tough times.
Right now, we have used up most of the funds previously donated for our monitor top-up system. And so, we are putting a call out once again asking for our community to generously donate to Marist Family Support.
To ensure probity, the funds can be donated via a Monitor link - https://bit.ly/MCA-fundraising and held by the school. All funds donated are used to support our families in this way. If anyone is having trouble accessing through the link, this is a permanent listing in the Monitor system (via the Parent Orbit App) ..... parents can simply go to the monitor link as usual and find "fundraising" under both the student and supporter shops in the My Marist Online Purchases link.
The Marist community is fantastic, and we are very grateful to the community members who are able to help out when requested. A big thank you to everyone who has supported us in the past. We also thank you for your future donations. Your donations make a big difference to our families in their time of need.
